Geroskipou Beach Area
There are two Blue Flag Beaches in Geroskipou, and as they are right next to each other I thought I would cover both of them in one article. Over the last few years the beaches have had a number of renovations, so come with me as I walk from one end of the bay to the other. Let's see what's been going on.
Luna Park

We shall begin our adventure at the Luna Park. If it looks empty it is because the park doesn't open until 4PM and I took these pictures last Friday morning.
To The Beach

This is the way to the first of the blue flag beaches, called Atlantida. Actually, there are numerous names given to the beaches, according to Google Maps. So you can choose from Geroskipou Municipal, Aphrodisiac and Riccos.
Summer Green

The path runs into a nice green park, which is very well maintained.

The sunbeds have been making inroads to the park too. I imagine later in the day this place is packed out.
Towards Paphos

If you walk in this direction you will soon be on the Coast Path that runs all the way to Paphos Castle. You can see a nice summary of the route in our extended walk along Paphos Sea Front.

The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
